Job Description:
We are hiring for our 1st and 2nd shift. This position will start through Express Employment out of Owatonna as a 90 day to hire model.
The dayshift hours are 4:30 am – 12:30 pm Monday – Friday. The nightshift hours are 12:45pm – 11:15pm Monday – Thursday

Duties Include:
- Building and assembling wood pallets with automated machines and nail guns
- Operating various machines and sawing and stacking lumber
- Repairing pallets
- Sorting wood materials and pallets, making sure we have a quality pallet that meets our customer’s needs
Job Requirements:
Ability to pass a drug test
Ability to lift 50 lbs. on occasion and some bending, twisting and pushing
Willingness to learn
Read a tape measure
Ability to wear steel toed boots
Strong work history
Required:
1 year previous manufacturing experience
Preferred:
Experience working with nail guns, wood, or measuring tool
Wages:
The starting base pay ranges from $20-$21 an hour depending on experience and the 2nd shift gets a $1.00 differential per hour.
